Library
Welcome to the Bronxville Library!
The library department strives to cultivate lifelong learners and critical thinkers within grades 6-12. We aim to provide equitable access to a diverse and dynamic collection of resources, both physical and digital, that support academic inquiry, personal growth, and recreational reading. Through engaging instruction, collaborative projects, and personalized guidance, we empower students to navigate information effectively, foster a love of reading, and develop essential research skills. Our goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where all students feel supported in their intellectual pursuits and are inspired to explore new ideas and perspectives.
The library facilitates access to online databases, e-books, and multimedia resources, and provides opportunities for students to engage with technology in meaningful ways, fostering a vibrant learning community that extends beyond the classroom. Ultimately, the library seeks to equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their academic endeavors and become informed, engaged citizens.
